Deduction of Adhoc Relief Allowance of the Educators of Punjab Government Pakistan.
Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III) 7-313/2013 dated 10-12-2014 in connection with Deduction of Adhoc Relief Allowance of the Educators of Punjab Govt.
According to this Notification, It is stated that in pursuance of the order dated 4 May 2012 passed in writ petition No. 26930/2010 etc, the Chief Secretary Punjab vied order dated 3 April 2013 decided that “ the Adhoc Relief Allowance, discontinued on their appointment on regular basis, was later on merged in their Basic Pay through Revised Pay Scales 2011. The petitioners were in receipt of the benefit of the benefit. However, the amount of Adhoc Relief Allowance erroneously but in good faith drawn by them even after regular appointment may not be recovered. Finance Department may be approached for appropriate orders to that effect.
In view of the above, it is directed to request you to intimate the name of the Educators from the salary of which recovery has been made irrespective of the above orders.
