Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah’s Mercy be upon him) described excellence the day of Jumu’ah (Friday) in these words:
“Friday is the day of worship, its comparison to others days like the comparison of the month of Ramadan to other months and the hour in it is like the Night of Decree in Ramadan.”
