British female journalist Reham Khan, who has recently joined renowned Pakistani news channel Dawn, is in news big time now a days. It is because a senior journalist from renowned newspaper said that Reham Khan married to PTI Chairman Imran Khan on 7th Muharram of Islamic Calender during ongoing protest against election rigging. But she totally denied the news by called it pathetic and baseless.
Reham Khan didn’t utter a word on rumors about her marriage with Imran Khan earlier when it captured the attention of Pakistani media houses but now she has come up with furious reaction. The British Pakistani female anchor warned senior journalist Arif Nizami along with few media houses who played a key role in damaging her repute among public.
On asking the source of Reham Khan marrying with Imran Khan during first month of Islamic Calender, senior journalist Arif Nizami said that Reham Khan told him so. But Reham Khan bashed him in harsh words and called it height of stupidity from the part of Arif Nizami. She wasn’t expecting such blender from people like Airf Nizami, who had a repute of good journalist before spreading this false news.
The family of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and he himself denied it categorically the moment once the news channels spread it. Imran Khan has said that he is no mood of marrying to anyone right now and he is just keeping his focus on ongoing protest against Nawaz Sharif’s regime and the movement against status quo.
Imran Khan has given hope to the people of Pakistan to bring positive change in country and once it is done then he will decide whether to marry or not. Currently all talks or speculations about his marriage are completely baseless and no one from PTI representatives have said anything about it as there is no truth in this rumour.
Meanwhile rumors died itself after few days once both relating personalities denied it but it would’ve done the damage if Reham Khan doesn’t show her furious reaction towards media houses along with Arif Nizami.
Character assignation has big a major problem from Pakistani news channels and journalists who don’t bother much journalism ethics. Their aim is to get higher ranking in media by hook or crook which also damages their repute.
