In exercise of the powers conferred under section 214A of the Income Tax ordinance, 2001, Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date of filing of Income Tax Returns for the Tax year 2013 in case of those taxpayers who have paid their admitted tax liability for tax year 2013 by 16.12.2013 but could not file Income Tax Returns, Such taxpayers are allowed to file their Income Tax returns by 18 December 2013.
