Hadith about Ruler, Gardian, Woman is the guardian of her Husband, Read this hadith in English, Urdu and Arabic. Hadith of Sahih Al-Bukhari, the Book of Al-Ahkam, Hadith: 7138.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (r.a): Allah's Apostle (pbuh) said, "Surely! Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges: The Imam (ruler) of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; a man is the guardian of his family (household) and is responsible for his subjects; a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it. Surely, everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges."

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم قال ألا کلکم راع وکلکم مسئول عن رعيته فالإمام الذي علی الناس راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته والرجل راع علی أهل بيته وهو مسئول عن رعيته والمرأة راعية علی أهل بيت زوجها وولده وهي مسئولة عنهم وعبد الرجل راع علی مال سيده وهو مسئول عنه ألا فکلکم راع وکلکم مسئول عن رعيته
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ سن لو کہ تم میں سے ہر شخص چرواہا ہے اور تم میں سے ہر ایک سے اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا وہ امام (حکمران) جو لوگوں پر نگران ہے اس سے رعیت کے متعلق سوال کیا جائے گا، عورت اپنے شوہر کے گھر اور اس کے بچے کی نگران ہے اس سے اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا، کسی شخص کا غلام اپنے آقا کے مال کا نگران ہے اس سے اس کی بابت پوچھا جائے گا، تم میں سے ہر ایک شخص چرواہا ہے اور تم میں سے ہر ایک سے اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا۔
